Job summary

DP World in Dubai seeks a Passenger Services Agent to assist ADAC guests and provide clear information on rules, facilities, lounges, and services within Midfield Terminal. Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient transport of ADAC guests within the airport terminal
• Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding rules and regulations
• Attend briefings and carry out handover procedures to maintain high standards
• Suggest improvements to levels of customer service and systems of work
• Coordinate with airport representatives to provide assistance with buggy transport
• Assist passengers and solve problems for passengers, including elderly and people of determination
• Provide information about services and facilities within the airport
• Monitor and manage lift entrapment and panic alarm processes as required
• Collect feedback for continual improvement and reporting purposes
• Support passengers in emergencies and ensure ADA compliance
• Report faults and unattended items to relevant departments
