Job summary

flydubai is seeking a passenger service professional for end-to-end processing at check-in, boarding, transfers and arrivals, ensuring smooth passenger flow and efficient operations.

You will support ground handling procedures, assist passengers through security and immigration, and coordinate with stakeholders to manage delays and disruptions while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• 2–4 years of airline operations experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors economy product at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
• Sets up check-in area and allocates desks, manpower and resources for economy passengers.
• Monitors passenger flow and queue times, assists and reallocates desks as needed.
• Enforces flight opening/closing times, baggage policies, and documentation requirements.
• Provides assistance and information to passengers and stakeholders as necessary.
• Ensures timely boarding process start and close to support on-time performance.
• Assists passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas with baggage and connections.
• Ensures safe embarkation/disembarkation and monitors baggage handling per safety guidelines.
• Assists with passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim; offers necessary help.
• Liaises with stakeholders and assists passengers during delays or disruptions.
• Implements company policies, processes and procedures.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals, ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing throughout all stages and provide assistance in overseeing ground handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors the economy product on a rotating basis, at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
• Sets up check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower and other resources for economy passengers.
• Monitors passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required.
• Ensures proper enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, Credit Checks and documentation requirements.
• Provides assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Ensures the timely commencement and close out of boarding process to ensure on-time performance.
• Assists passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required.
• Ensures safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities within company/regulatory safety and security guidelines.
• Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process and offer any assistance as necessary.
• Liaise with all stakeholders and assist passengers in case of delays or disruption.
• Implements company policies, processes and procedures.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: AED 12,000
• Child Allowance: AED 500
• Shift Pattern: Variable ( 4-On 4-Off/5-On 2-Off)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
