Job summary

Serco is hiring an Electric Buggy Operator to transport passengers safely around airport terminals while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. You will follow designated routes, perform pre-operation checks, and ensure passenger comfort with a proactive, friendly approach.

The role requires minimum 2 years in customer service or aviation, fluency in English, and a UAE driving license. A flexible shift pattern across 7 days and 24 hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality or aviation.
• Experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to meet KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers across terminal areas in compliance with safety procedures.
• Adhere to routes, speed limits and operational guidelines.
• Perform pre-operation checks to ensure buggy readiness and safety.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, respectful experience reflecting high hospitality standards.
• Engage passengers with a positive attitude and proactive assistance.
• Support all passenger categories including Elderly, PRM, Children, etc.
