Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a friendly Buggy Driver to transport guests around the resort and ensure their safety and comfort. The role requires prior luxury-hospitality experience, strong English, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Use the company radio and help maintain the buggy fleet. Applicants should be prepared to work a shift pattern, uphold brand standards, and deliver personalised guest service in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
• Relevant Technical/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication.
• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests in buggies around the resort per schedule or guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and services to answer guest questions.
• Keep a company radio on and communicate with base and team leader.
• Keep buggies clean and report faults.
• Follow safety rules and drive with care.
• Return buggy to charging station at end of shift.
