Job Title: Manual PSS Tester

Location: Dubai

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Job Description

1. Manual tester provides expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of tests and is responsible for applying functional knowledge to meet the overall test objectives.
2. Essential background in the airline industry, with a comprehensive understanding of airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS).
3. Mandatory to have some experience in working with airport systems or passenger departure control systems (DCS).
4. Proficiency in:
   • Execution of functional test cases
   • Utilizing API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI
5. Extensive exposure in develop and implement comprehensive test cases.
6. Proficient in the creation of detailed test reports.
7. Knowledge of any test management tools like Jira, VSO etc.
8. Oversee the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely bug fixes.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to quality assurance.
10. Demonstrated ability to independently interpret requirements and technical specifications, translate into thorough test plans and test cases, and execute test cases.
