Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking an IT Airport Support specialist in Dubai to join our airline domain team. You will provide airport systems and application support, including Sprint DCS (SDCS), iBoarding and Podium, and deliver end-user and desktop support across multiple devices.

The role requires 3–6 years of IT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle incident and problem management, network and server tasks, and device-management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in airline domain is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, POS devices, and mobile platforms.
