Job summary

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a QA Engineer with strong airline IROPS expertise to test mission-critical systems across disruption, re-accommodation and crew recovery workflows. The role requires fluency in English, and possibly Arabic or prior international work experience.

Responsibilities include designing E2E, SIT and UAT scenarios, executing regression tests, and supporting automation with Selenium, Playwright or REST Assured, while collaborating with Operations Control, Airport

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in the airline industry with hands-on IROPS systems
• Proven experience testing flight disruptions, re-accommodation, crew recovery and delay management
• Strong experience with GDS/PSS platforms, preferably Amadeus Altéa
• Solid understanding of NDC and IATA disruption standards
• Experience in End-to-End (E2E), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience coordinating with Operations Control, Airport Operations and IT teams
• Strong defect triage, RCA and stakeholder reporting skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of airline IROPS systems, including disruptions, cancellations, re-accommodation and delay management
• Design, execute, and maintain End-to-End, SIT and UAT scenarios
• Validate business workflows across airline operations against requirements
• Execute regression testing and support test automation with Selenium, Playwright or REST Assured
• Identify, document and track defects while performing root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Operations Control, Airport Operations and IT during disruptions and testing
• Prepare test documentation, defect reports and testing progress updates for stakeholders
• Support performance and load testing for IROPS systems during peak operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage
