Job summary

Systems Limited - Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an AI & Virtual Assistant Tester to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered solutions before release. You will validate conversational AI experiences, test prompts, and assess RAG and memory handling in fast-paced Agile teams.

The role covers API, integration, regression, performance, security, and usability testing, including governance and responsible AI considerations for customer-centric AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of QA experience.
• Experience testing AI Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, or Conversational AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
