Job summary

Vega International is seeking a skilled AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions and autonomous assistants in a Dubai-based setting.

You will build multi-agent workflows, integrate with CRM/ERP and various platforms, and develop RAG-based solutions using internal data sources. The role emphasizes responsible AI, data security, and collaboration with business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, CS, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong portfolio of Agentic AI projects or live AI apps is preferred.
• Experience building AI agents that interact with business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI assistants.
• Build multi-agent workflows for business process automation.
• Design AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, email, websites, and internal systems.
• Develop RAG solutions using company documents and databases.
• Integrate LLMs via APIs and ensure scalable deployment.
• Create AI automation for recruitment, training, procurement, and customer service.
• Test, monitor, and improve AI agent performance.

Vega International is looking for a skilled strong AI Specialist strong with strong hands-on experience in strong Agentic AI Generative AI AI assistants and intelligent workflow automation strong The ideal candidate should be able to design develop and implement AI agents that can perform tasks interact with business systems analyse information and automate operational workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI assistants
• Build multi-agent workflows for business process automation
• Design AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants
• Integrate AI agents with CRM ERP WhatsApp email websites and internal business systems
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG solutions using company documents and databases
• Integrate Large Language Models through APIs
• Create AI automation solutions for recruitment training procurement customer service and business operations
• Test monitor troubleshoot and improve AI agent performance
• Ensure data security accuracy reliability and responsible AI implementation
• Work closely with business teams to convert operational requirements into practical AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Artificial Intelligence Computer Science Data Science Software Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience implementing Agentic AI solutions for real business use cases Portfolio GitHub profile live AI applications or completed AI automation projects will be highly preferred

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI/LLM APIs.

• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and function calling.
• Experience integrating AI applications with third-party APIs and business platforms.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to independently build AI solutions from concept to deployment
