Job Title: AI Engineer - Generative AI & Testing (Airline Domain)

Exp. – 7+ years

Location: - Abu Dhabi (work from office 5 days a week)

Interview Rounds – 1-2 Rounds by Atain Delivery Team; 1-2 Rounds by end client

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent Development, and AI Testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for airline business processes, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agent frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies for models, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Perform model validation, prompt testing, performance testing, regression testing, security testing, and bias evaluation.
• Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes for AI applications.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for deployment, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI solutions aligned to airline industry needs.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Models.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Expertise in developing AI agents, agentic bots, and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI Testing, including:
• LLM Evaluation & Validation
• AI Agent Testing
• Functional, Integration & Regression Testing
• Performance & Security Testing
• Prompt Testing & Optimization
• Responsible AI, Bias & Fairness Testing
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.

Domain Experience

• Experience in the Airline/Aviation/Travel industry is preferred.
• Understanding of airline operations, customer service, reservations, crew management, airport operations, or passenger experience solutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
