Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at Manager level or above.
• Strong experience delivering training workshops or capability programmes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude or similar.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics in a simple, practical way.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on AI workshops and training sessions.
• Deliver practical sessions on Copilot and other AI tools.
• Design relevant use cases for immediate application.
• Facilitate sessions to improve work efficiency using AI.
• Create training materials and playbooks for easy following.
