Job summary

IT People Gulf is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions in the UAE, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. This role targets government and enterprise sectors across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Candidates should bring 6+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in production AI/LLM work, strong Azure experience, Python skills, and fluent Arabic and English. On-site work in UAE is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years developing Generative AI/LLM apps in production.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and/or Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong Python or similar language skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build LLM-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and automation workflows.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems and databases.
• Design prompts and optimize model performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI applications.
