• 8–12 years in refinery/oil and gas or industrial transformation.
• Master’s and transformation or AI certifications are advantageous.

• Lead AI transformation strategy and roadmap for refinery.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and justify business cases.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor value delivery and align with enterprise strategy.
• Ensure governance, risk, and adoption of AI initiatives.
