Job summary

Sulava MEA is seeking an AI Transformation Advisor to lead end-to-end AI adoption programs for Qatar and the Middle East. This strategic role combines AI strategy, change management, adoption, and program delivery to turn AI into measurable business impact.

The role involves hands-on delivery across Training, Change Management, Use-case discovery, and agentic solution development, driving a continuous AI-native journey for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to engage with customer leadership at a strategic level.
• Proven track record in AI, digital, or modern work transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Ability to develop medium complexity AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end—from strategy to execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders to define AI vision and roadmap.
• Drive Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and use-case execution.
• Design and deliver innovation workshops, executive briefings, and adoption programs.
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to show business value.
• Manage adoption programs with planning, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Lead change management initiatives for scalable adoption.
• Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and engagement teams.
