Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service SME for an hourly remote contractor role to help create a dataset of natural, human-enacted customer conversations for training AI agents. You will bring expertise in client communication, issue resolution, support workflows, and CRM to ensure scenarios reflect real-world interactions with empathy and clarity.

This flexible position averages about 15 hours per week, with interview language in English and potential involvement in future projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication, issue resolution, support workflows, and CRM."
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or related AI work.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows, including issue identification, troubleshooting, escalation, follow-up, and resolution.
• Excellent spoken English C1+ (US only), with clear and fluent verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content across realistic support scenarios.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating and ranking responses to enhance accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Ensure model integrity by testing AI models for inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
