Job summary

Client of YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert for an hourly remote contractor role to help create a dataset of natural conversations used to train speech-to-speech AI agents.

You will participate in realistic customer service scenarios, apply professional communication, and ensure quality according to project guidelines. The work supports AI training for major AI companies and labs, with flexible scheduling and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication and issue resolution.
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or related AI work.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows and escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content by creating natural human-enacted conversations across realistic scenarios.
• Optimize AI Performance by evaluating and ranking AI responses for accuracy and relevance.
