Qualifications

We are looking for an AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect for a leading Fintech company based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 45,000 AED/month + Benefits

Qualifications & Experience:

• 14+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong recent hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, ideally using LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Proven experience designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI architectures.
• Advanced Python development skills with the ability to remain technically hands‑on while operating at a senior architecture and leadership level.

• Demonstrated experience technically leading, mentoring, and guiding teams of AI Developers and Data Scientists.
