Pink Camel Recruitment in Dubai seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect to guide the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will lead a team of AI Developers and Data Scientists, staying hands-on in solution architecture, development, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in IT with 5+ years in AI/ML/Data Science.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/DS/SE or related.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI (LangChain / LangGraph).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions to production.
• Strong knowledge of ML/DS, Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI architectures.
• Advanced Python development; hands-on with architectural leadership.
• Experience in AI solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise apps.
• Mentoring AI Developers and Data Scientists; leadership experience.
• Understanding AI lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, optimization.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps; governance, security, privacy, risk management.
• Azure AI technologies and cloud-based AI architectures desirable.
• Experience with high-volume/real-time AI solutions is advantageous.
• Exposure to computer vision is beneficial.
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to communicate to technical/non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic advantageous.
• Must be onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure AI/ML solutions for enterprise environments.
• Lead design, development and deployment of Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI.
• Architect AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to AI Developers and Data Scientists.
• Define AI solution architecture, standards, integration patterns and deployment approaches.
• Develop and review AI solutions in Python with quality and maintainability.
• Conduct architecture reviews and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support MLOps and LLMOps deployment, monitoring and scaling.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle decisions from prototyping to production.
• Mentor AI teams and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, responsible AI compliance.
• Support high-volume, real-time AI applications delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and recommend adoption.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing data platforms, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Contribute to organisational AI strategy and roadmaps.
