Staff Connect UAE is seeking an AI Specialist with extensive Microsoft ecosystem expertise to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and intelligent automation solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on work with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, plus strong governance, security, and enterprise-architecture awareness to deliver measurable business value across multiple functions.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
Experience delivering AI solutions from concept through deployment.
Ability to engage stakeholders and document requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and intelligent automation solutions.
Work with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
Engage with stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities and document requirements.
Coordinate with IT and business teams for successful deployment and adoption.
Provide training and support for implemented AI solutions.
