Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / AI Conversational Engineer for a 12-month contract in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing, developing and deploying AI-powered conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI, with potential for permanent placement after the initial term.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable conversational solutions and integrate copilots with Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

4+ years of software/AI development experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop conversational AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build topics, actions, dialog flows and agent orchestration patterns.
Translate business requirements into conversational designs, prompts, user journeys and integrations.
Integrate copilots with enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform and Microsoft Teams.
Build integrations using REST APIs, connectors, Power Automate, Azure Functions and custom actions.
Implement RAG, prompt engineering, grounding strategies and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Work with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
