Job summary

Timeless Group of Companies in Dubai seeks an AI Solutions Developer focused on agent implementation to deliver production AI agents and workflow automations. You will build Claude API tools, integrate with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and ERP systems, and implement robust audit and escalation controls.

The role combines hands‑on engineering with evaluation of agent performance, traceability, and training teams to maintain the systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science with 2–6 years of engineering or related development work.
Hands‑on experience building LLM applications and integrations.
Experience developing production AI agents and agent workflows, using Claude API and related tools.

Responsibilities

Design and build production AI agents for internal administrative workflows.
Develop Claude API tools and LLM agent workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint and ERP systems.
Implement human‑in‑the‑loop approvals and escalation controls with audit logs and traceability.
Evaluate agent performance and measure correction rates to improve prompts and workflows.
Coordinate ERP integration requirements and testing with stakeholders; document needs.
Train internal teams and document shipped agent examples.
