Job summary

Boundless in Dubai seeks an experienced Integration Engineer to design and implement automated workflows that connect AI capabilities with the brokerage's operational systems.

You will build integrations across CRM, KYC providers, payments, reporting and back-office tools, ensure data accuracy, traceability and robust error handling, and drive reliable delivery through tests and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in integration engineering or backend/workflow automation.
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Power Automate, UiPath.
• Understanding API authentication, access controls, queues, retries, idempotency.
• Experience with AI/doc processing integrations with validation & human review.
• Ability to investigate incidents and reconcile data across systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows that connect AI with core systems.
• Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, approvals, and traceability across processes.
• Develop automated tests and reconciliation checks.
• Monitor workflow performance and resolve incidents.
• Document ownership and support procedures.
