Qualifications

• 2 years of experience is expected; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Proficiency with AI tools for research, writing and productivity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Founder with day-to-day tasks, meetings, follow-ups and coordination.
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries, reports and presentations.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms to improve efficiency.
• Assist with business projects, special assignments and new initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, team members and other stakeholders.
• Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure things get completed.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations and business updates.
• Organize information and help the Founder stay on top of priorities.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify repetitive tasks.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and figure things out independently.
