Job summary

Dubai Holding is hiring an AI Product Management Lead within the Information Technology Department to define and execute an AI-enabled product strategy. You will translate AI-driven capabilities into scalable, value-driven solutions and drive product discovery, development, and continuous improvement across workflows.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to guide multiple product managers toward measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior Digital Product Roles, AI experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, finance, engineering, or math.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to deliver business results is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and improvement.
• Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and drive value realization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, cybersecurity, and change management teams.
• Establish product governance and transition to a product-led operating model.
• Drive adoption and scaling of AI capabilities across products and workflows.
