Ai71 in the UAE is hiring an AI Product Manager to lead product vision for one squad and its engineering team. You will define what the squad builds, prototype ideas with AI tooling, and advance the platform through hands-on leadership.

You think in quarterly terms, converse with customers, and ship practical AI-enabled solutions. You will translate needs from master developers, project owners, contractors, and regulators into clear specs and prioritized capabilities.

The role

We're hiring an AI Product Manager to lead product vision for one of SuperHive's product squads, paired with a dedicated engineering team. You'll define what the squad builds and why, prototype and validate ideas hands-on with current AI tooling, and move the platform forward through your squad's work.

You think in quarters, not sprints. You're as comfortable in a customer conversation as you are inside a model evaluation. You ship.

What you'll do

• Set quarterly product strategy for your squad, aligned with SuperHive's platform vision and the broader construction lifecycle we serve.
• Translate customer needs — master developers, project owners, contractors, regulators — into prioritised capabilities and crisp specs.
• Prototype with agents and frontier models yourself: scope use cases, design evals, validate end-to-end, and only then hand to engineering.
• Partner with customer engagement team to shape design-partner co-builds, then drive the tool graduation decision — when a client-specific feature becomes a platform capability and how it gets generalized.
• Be the customer-facing voice of your squad: demos, requirements workshops, conversion analysis, and post-engagement retrospectives.
• Work as part of a tight cross-squad product pod to keep the platform coherent.

What you bring

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years building AI-native products (LLM/agent systems, applied ML, computer vision, or similar).
• Hands-on with current AI tooling: comfort prompting frontier models, designing and reading evals, and judging model output critically.
• Strong technical instincts. You can prototype an idea in code or no-code tools without waiting for engineering.
• Track record shipping B2B / enterprise products, ideally with sophisticated domain users and complex existing tool stacks.
• Crisp written and verbal communication — a spec a client would sign off on and an engineer could build from.
• Comfortable in a small senior team with high autonomy and direct customer exposure.

Nice to have

• Product experience at a construction-tech / AEC software company — e.g. Autodesk, Trimble, Bentley Systems, Speckle, Snaptrude, BIMCollab, Solibri, Qonic, Motif, or similar.
• Broader construction, real estate, or large-infrastructure domain experience — BIM, scheduling, cost, compliance, document intelligence.
• Exposure to enterprise CDEs (Autodesk ACC / BIM 360, Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, SharePoint).
• Prior forward-deployed or design-partner experience.
• Arabic language; GCC market context.

• Hybrid, leaning on-site in the UAE. SuperHive is built by a small senior team in person; most of the PM pod is co-located in the UAE. We will consider remote setups for exceptional candidates.
