Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in Implementation, Project Management, or Consulting; SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven track record in healthcare or shift-based industries.
• Understanding of shift scheduling complexities and workforce management.
• Hands-on experience in scheduling roles preferred.
• Experience with healthcare systems in UAE, UK, or US advantageous.
• Knowledge of data integrations and analytics validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Configure core modules for Predictive AI Demand Planning and Smart AI Scheduling.
• Manage integrations with EMRs, ERP, and Time & Attendance systems.
• Serve as primary client-facing lead with C-level stakeholders.
• Implement change management strategies for staff adoption.
• Ensure measurable business outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
