Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead technical validation and discovery with Account Executives.
- Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and expansion strategy for customers.
- Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI.
- Act as trusted advisor through customer lifecycle and deployments.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks.
- Develop and educate customers on technical resources and SOPs.
