Job summary

Kraken is expanding its Enterprise Transformation team to design and build the technical layer of an internal AI platform. You will own the governed integration gateway, onboard connectors, manage authentication flows, and build tooling that extends the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping software, not just configuring vendor products.
• Proficient in Python and modern software tooling used for AI platform development.
• Knowledge of identity, access management, OAuth, SCIM, and SSO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the technical layer of the internal AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway with onboarding, authentication flows, reliability, and vendor escalation.
• Develop internal tooling: agent scaffolding, prompt assets, evaluation harnesses, and provisioning automation.
• Configure tiered spend controls across the AI estate, with alerts, queues, and monthly vendor reconciliation.
• Work with teams to unblock workflows and enable leverage from tools; provide technical enablement and runbooks.
