Job description

Own organic and AI-search visibility - SEO, GEO and AEO. Finanshels is hiring an AI-native SEO/GEO/AEO growth marketer to own how the brand is found - not just in classic search, but in AI answer engines and generative search results. You will build topical authority around accounting, tax, VAT and corporate finance for UAE founders, make Finanshels the source that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI surfaces cite, and turn organic visibility into a compounding pipeline of qualified demand. This is a role for someone who understands that search has split into three sports - SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) - and can win all three with AI as a force multiplier.

What You Will Own

In this role you will:

• Own the organic growth strategy and roadmap across SEO, GEO and AEO for the Finanshels and HalaTax properties.
• Run technical SEO: site health, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, structured data/schema, internal linking and international/local (UAE) signals.
• Build topical authority through content clusters, pillar pages and entity optimisation covering UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing, payroll, AP/AR and CFO topics.
• Optimise for AI answer engines: structure content to be quotable and citable, earn mentions across the sources LLMs rely on, and monitor citation/answer share.
• Scale content production with AI-assisted research, drafting and optimisation workflows while keeping accuracy and E-E-A-T for a YMYL (finance) domain.
• Run keyword, intent and 'how AI engines answer' research; map it to content and pages.
• Lead digital PR, link earning and brand-mention campaigns that strengthen authority.
• Track and report rankings, organic traffic, AI-citation share, and organic pipeline contribution; run continuous experiments.
• Partner with performance marketing, content and RevOps so organic and paid share one keyword and messaging strategy.

Must-have Experience And Skills

• 4-6 years in SEO with a track record of growing organic traffic and rankings in competitive markets.
• Strong technical SEO skills (crawling, indexation, schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals).
• Working knowledge of GEO and AEO - how LLMs and answer engines surface and cite sources, and practical tactics to influence them.
• Excellent content judgment: able to brief, review and edit for accuracy and authority.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools for research, drafting, optimisation and analysis.
• Comfort with analytics (GA4, Search Console, rank trackers, AI-visibility tools).
• Excellent written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, accounting, tax, legal or another YMYL/compliance domain.
• Track record building an AI-visibility / citation-share programme from zero.
• Experience with programmatic SEO and large content operations.
• Arabic SEO experience (not required).
• Understanding of UAE compliance topics (VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing).
