Kingston Stanley is seeking a Data & AI Specialist to join a client, supporting PR, communications, and business growth through AI-powered analytics, measurement, and automation.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, media intelligence, and strategic communications, helping teams turn complex data into actionable insights while driving the responsible adoption of AI across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data science/CS/analytics/statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, ML, or business analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Excel.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or NLP.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI into agency workflows and communications processes.
• Design AI-driven solutions for media analysis, sentiment, audience insights, search visibility, and content performance.
• Build dashboards, automated workflows, prompts, and lightweight AI tools.
• Use AI and analytics to support PR measurement, reputation tracking, trend analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with strategy, digital, creative, and analytics teams to develop data-driven solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, transparency, and effectiveness.
