Job summary

e7 Group is seeking a Senior Specialist - AI and Data Analytics to lead development of AI-driven solutions, advanced analytics, and BI capabilities across the organization. The role will transform enterprise data into actionable insights to support data-driven decisions and digital transformation.

You will design and deploy AI/ML solutions, build executive dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data governance, security, and compliance across SAP and other ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in AI/Analytics/BI/Enterprise Data Management.
• Strong expertise in AI, ML, Predictive Analytics, Data Modelling, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering, and analytics solution development.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards and enterprise-wide analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI governance, security and privacy principles.
• ERP environments (SAP preferred) and digital transformation advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, ML, Power BI or related technologies are desirable.

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Data Modelling, and Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering, and analytics solution development.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and enterprise-wide analytics solutions.
• Good understanding of data governance, AI governance, information security, and data privacy principles.
• Experience with ERP environments (SAP preferred) and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Machine Learning, Power BI, or related technologies are highly desirable.
