We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy AI Marketing Specialist to drive our digital growth, content creation, and lead generation initiatives. This role combines hands-on digital marketing, visual content creation, and community engagement with cutting-edge AI tools to scale our outreach and convert prospective students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Content Creation & Media Production Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing use (student interviews, campus tours, academy events, behind-the-scenes). Utilize generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, video AI tools) to produce compelling copy, visual graphic assets, and ad variations. Create engaging written and visual content across social media, email campaigns, and website landing pages while maintaining strict brand consistency.
• Advertising, Promotion & Performance Tracking Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. Leverage AI tools to monitor performance metrics, execute A/B testing, and continuously optimize ad copy, target audiences, and budgets for maximum ROI. Analyze campaign analytics, social reach, and lead conversion rates; prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports.
• Social Media Management & Student Communication Oversee daily posting, content scheduling, and community management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Act as the primary digital point of contact for prospective students—responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries with program details, pricing, and admission steps. Drive interactive engagement (polls, Q&As, stories) and coordinate directly with the admissions team for quick lead handoffs and follow‑ups.
• Research, Strategy & Internal Coordination Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and student engagement strategies. Conduct competitor analysis and propose innovative, AI‑enhanced campaign ideas tailored to prospective aviation students. Work closely with admissions, training, and administration teams to align messaging, cover physical/virtual events, and coordinate with external production/printing vendors as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads). AI Expertise: Practical, hands‑on proficiency with generative AI platforms and prompt engineering for text, image, and video workflows. Media Skills: Practical experience in basic photo/video shooting, video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), and graphic creation tools (Canva/Adobe). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a student‑focused, customer‑centric mindset. Analytical Mindset: Ability to track metrics, manage budgets, and turn campaign data into actionable improvements.
