Job summary

Trade QUO Global Ltd is seeking an AI Influencer Marketer in Dubai to design and grow AI-generated virtual influencers across markets and languages. You will craft personas, voices, and content styles, and scale them across social platforms with hands-on AI video, audio, and image tooling.

You will drive localization, manage a global roster, and optimize reach, engagement, and conversions while ensuring brand compliance and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech industry; FX/forex exposure is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI video, audio, and image generators; direct experience with Higgsfield.
• Proficiency with AI video tools and multi-market localization.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of AI-generated virtual influencers across multiple markets and languages.
• Oversee multi-region influencer roster across Asia, LatAm, MENA.
• Produce AI-generated video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube.
• Generate localized AI voice and dubbing using ElevenLabs.
• Create visuals using AI image tools and maintain character consistency.
• Manage social accounts across Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube.
• Own content calendars, posting cadence, and follower growth for each persona.
• Localize scripts and hooks to local trends and cultures.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising regulations.
• Track performance: reach, engagement, leads/conversions.

Position: AI Influencer Marketer

Location: Dubai

Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Influencer Marketer to join our TradeQuo team. We're seeking a creative and technically fluent specialist to build, develop, and manage a network of AI-generated virtual influencers across multiple countries and languages.

The ideal candidate will design synthetic personas from the ground up their look, voice, personality, and content style and grow them into engaging, audience-building brand assets across social platforms. This role requires hands-on fluency with generative AI video, voice, and image tools, and the ability to operate at scale across multiple markets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing consistent AI influencer personas (appearance, voice, personality, backstory, and tone) tailored to each target market and language.
• Managing a multi-region influencer network, owning and scaling a roster of AI influencers across key geos (Asia, LatAm, MENA) and languages.
• Producing AI-generated short-form and long-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube) using AI video generators such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, and HeyGen.
• Generating natural, localized AI voice and audio, including lip-sync and multilingual dubbing, using tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Creating visuals and maintaining character consistency using AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo, and others).
• Setting up and operating a large number of social accounts across Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Owning content calendars, posting cadence, community engagement, and follower growth for each AI persona.
• Localizing scripts, hooks, and creative to local languages, trends, and cultural nuances across all target regions.
• Maintaining brand guidelines and applying appropriate compliance, disclosure, and financial advertising practices in a regulated environment.
• Tracking and optimizing performance across reach, engagement, follower growth, and downstream leads/conversions

Requirements

• Experience in fintech industry, FX, forex will be a big plus.
• Proven hands-on experience producing content with AI video, audio, voice, and image generators; direct experience with tools like Higgsfield required.
• Working knowledge across video (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Hedra, Veo/Sora), voice/audio (ElevenLabs or similar), image (Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion), and content/scripting tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong understanding of short-form video, social platform algorithms, hooks, trends, and what drives content virality.
• Ability to maintain consistent AI personas, prompt tools effectively, evaluate output critically, and iterate quickly.
• Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• A portfolio of AI-generated content, virtual influencers, or AI-driven video work.
• Highly creative, self-directed, and fast-moving mindset, comfortable at the frontier of a rapidly changing toolset.
• Good written English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
