Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Analyst to join our Marketing team to apply AI across content creation, creative development, and marketing workflows. You will blend AI content creation, prompt engineering, automation, and experimentation to deliver scalable, brand-consistent solutions.

You will work with Marketing and Creative teams to turn business needs into AI-powered workflows, create reusable prompt libraries, and continuously explore new tools while maintaining quality and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI for image/video/audio/content creation.
• Proven prompt engineering and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with multiple AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated images, videos, audio, and creative assets for Marketing.
• Use and combine tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Cap Cut, and Eleven Labs.
• Develop and optimize prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Explore new AI tools and identify practical applications for the business.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive creative and marketing processes.
• Build reusable libraries of prompts, references, workflows, and best practices.
• Ensure AI-generated content meets brand, product, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and other teams to turn business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Share knowledge, demonstrate new tools, and support teams in adopting AI.
