You will test new releases, draft clear bug reports, maintain QA runbooks, and monitor platform performance. Strong written communication and data-driven thinking are essential.

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, or analytics for software products.

• Ability to design and follow test plans and document results.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on testing of new releases and existing features.
• Test platform thoroughly and write clear bug reports.
• Maintain queues, approvals, and escalation workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity.
• Process daily approval queues and ensure no items are left.
• Check outputs against checklists and note inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain test plans, runbooks, and release notes.
