Job summary

Kraken is seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test operations specialist to own day-to-day testing and quality assurance for our internal growth platform. You will test new releases, document issues with steps to reproduce, and keep approvals and exception queues moving while reporting on platform performance.

You will work with product, engineering and operators to ensure the platform stays reliable, and you will write clear documentation, test plans, release notes, and runbooks to support ongoing

Responsibilities

• Test the platform regularly across releases, rule changes, and edge cases.
• Find bugs, document steps to reproduce, severity, and impact; follow through until fixed.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity; escalate issues.
• Work the approval queues daily and ensure items move forward.
• Check agent outputs against checklists; flag unclear or risky flows.
• Write and maintain documentation, test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.
