Job summary

The Cigna Group is launching an AI Specialisation Track for recent graduates in Dubai/Middle East & Africa. You will learn foundations of AI, prompt engineering, GenAI certification, and collaborative skills while being mentored by senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong academics with data/AI projects or internships.
Interest in AI tools and real business applications.
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps including Excel, Teams, Copilot; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify, automate, and improve business processes.
Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot and GenAI platforms.
Promote AI adoption by helping colleagues embrace new technologies.
Apply responsible AI practices: ethics, data privacy, sound judgment.
Transform data and AI insights into clear recommendations for leaders.
