Job summary

The Cigna Group is launching an AI Specialisation Track for recent graduates in Dubai/Middle East & Africa. You will learn foundations of AI, prompt engineering, GenAI certification, and collaborative skills while being mentored by senior leaders.

Arabic is advantageous and you will work across diverse teams in a global company. You will be paired with mentors and join the AI Champions Network, gaining exposure to high-impact projects and a clear pathway into a permanent specialist role upon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong academics with data/AI projects or internships.
• Interest in AI tools and real business applications.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps including Excel, Teams, Copilot; willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application to solving real business challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
