South Geeks collaborates with AI-fluent engineers and forward‑looking companies to advance immune‑driven medicine and precision diagnostics. We seek an AI Enablement Consultant in Dubai to partner with business leaders, gather AI use cases, and drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in AI enablement, strong communication, and hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, and Copilot.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or AI enablement.
Proven knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot.
Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify productivity, automation, and knowledge-management opportunities
Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and document AI use cases
Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including Codex, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials
Coach employees on effective prompting, workflow design, and responsible AI usage
Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows and solutions
Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure technical and compliance requirements are met
Promote responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization
