Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks an AI‑first content specialist to research, draft, edit and optimise website content using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.

You will create product, landing and promo pages, manage Sitecore pages, apply SEO and structured data, and work with design, SEO and development teams to deliver high‑quality content.

Arabic language skills and banking content experience preferred.

A AI-first content creation

Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to research, draft, edit and optimise website content. Write effective prompts and build repeatable AI workflows that shorten delivery times and improve consistency. Create and optimise web imagery with AI image tools in line with brand guidelines. Fact-check and validate every AI-generated output against approved sources before it is used. Apply responsible AI practices and protect customer and bank data at all times.

B Content writing and management

Write and update product pages, landing pages, campaign and promotional pages, FAQs and support articles. Write customer-centric copy in the Emirates NBD tone of voice, turning complex banking information into clear, simple language. Proofread content for accuracy, grammar and consistency across related pages. Adapt and localise content for different audiences and channels.

C Sitecore CMS and webpage creation

Create and update pages in Sitecore CMS using existing templates and components. Manage page content, images, metadata and internal links. Assemble component-based pages that display correctly on desktop and mobile. Follow CMS workflows, versioning and publishing processes. Troubleshoot basic layout and content issues and escape technical defects to the right team.

D SEO GEO and LLM optimisation

Apply on-page SEO, keyword research, page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and internal linking. Structure content so it is easy for search engines and AI-powered answer engines and large language models to find, understand and cite. Apply structured data and schema markup fundamentals particularly for FAQ and support content.

E Website quality assurance

Check content accuracy, links, calls to action, images and page layout before every release. Test pages on desktop and mobile and apply accessibility and usability fundamentals. Use AI-assisted checks to speed up reviews and catch inconsistencies. Identify expired or outdated content and raise it for update or removal.

F Website operations and collaboration

Manage multiple content and page requests in parallel, prioritising them to meet agreed timelines. Work closely with business stakeholders and the design, SEO and development teams. Follow governance and approval workflows and keep documentation and request tracking up to date.

Essential skills and experience

• Experience: 3 to 6 years in website content, digital content operations or a similar role.
• Content: Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Sitecore CMS: Hands-on experience creating and maintaining pages in Sitecore.
• Generative AI: Practical, everyday use of generative AI tools in content work.
• Page ownership: Proven ability to create and maintain webpages independently, from brief to publication.
• SEO: Working knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
• Web fundamentals: Basic HTML and CSS, and an understanding of responsive web design.
