Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand with $1B+ in sales, seeks a Head of Design to own end-to-end web design and the design system. You’ll own the AI-first workflow, conversion roadmap, accessibility standards, and a three-person design team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior design roles
• Proven experience leading a design team
• Experience integrating GenAI into design pipelines
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design function and toolchain
• Own the design system, AI-first workflow and conversion roadmap
• Lead a team of designers and report directly to the CEO
• Drive WCAG 2.2 compliance and performance metrics
