Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the Group's enterprise and cloud architecture strategy. You will align applications, data, AI, cybersecurity and integration within a coherent technology framework, guiding major investments and ensuring architectural governance across entities.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate vendors and designs. Local teams own day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Typically 10+ years of enterprise technology/architecture experience with hands-on delivery responsibility.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale hybrid and cloud solutions, preferably in Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture across applications, infrastructure, cloud, identity, integration, data and AI.
• Review significant technology proposals, solution architectures and implementation designs.
• Develop and maintain practical reference architectures, design principles, technical standards and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with teams to translate approved architectures into actionable implementation plans.
• Promote consistent architecture practices while allowing justified exceptions.
• Establish and apply approved Group architecture standards through collaboration with entity IT leads.
