Job summary

Land Sterling is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brokerage marketing, develop content plans and drive website improvements. You will build campaigns, coordinate property shoots and manage assets across social channels and the group website.

The role requires strong English writing, real estate marketing experience and a proven ability to work across sales, creative, web and automation teams with an emphasis on data-driven results and budget accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on marketing experience, including real estate or property marketing.
• Experience coordinating marketing across several departments while maintaining priorities.
• Strong English writing, editing and briefing skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CMS, SEO, GA4, CRM reporting and paid promotions.
• Hands-on AI tools for data analysis, image/video generation and editing is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Brokerage marketing: manage calendar with sales leadership for listings, acquisitions, enquiries and recruitment.
• Manage social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and website; keep listings accurate and inquiries flowing.
• Develop listing brochures, just-sold/just-rented templates, seller presentations and client materials.
• Coordinate property shoots, broker profiles and high-quality video content; include team training in the schedule.
• Create personal-brand content for sales leadership and brokers to support credibility and recruitment.
• Coordinate corporate events and CSR activities in Dubai with clear deliverables and outcomes.
• Maintain content calendars and adapt messages for audiences and objectives.
• Use AI for marketing, data analysis, image/video generation; write prompts, verify outputs and confidentiality.
• Own website improvement plans: SEO, conversion, retention and coordinate technical implementations.
• Coordinate paid promotions, monitor spend and creative performance with campaign specialists.
• Utilize GA4, tagging and CRM reporting to tie activity to enquiries and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the automation team on segmented follow-ups and retention campaigns.
