Job summary

OpenAI seeks an AI Success Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to drive post-sales adoption and value realization for strategic customers. You will blend technical leadership with program management, map workflows, and lead deployment plans across product, engineering, and research to keep customers successful.

This role requires deep knowledge of OpenAI capabilities, strong cross-functional partnering, and translating complex technology into business impact while guiding multi-workstream initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management, GenAI consulting, deployment or solutions architecture.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, SDKs, connectors and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and demonstrate strategic AI impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor on deployment, adoption and value realization.
• Own account health, adoption velocity and ongoing technical deployment across your portfolio.
• Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio.
• Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Lead account-level coordination across multiple workstreams including product activation, change management and deployment planning.
