Job summary

Sunbrilotechnology in the UAE seeks an Air Handling Unit (AHU) Fabrication Supervisor to oversee production and assembly of industrial and commercial AHU systems. You will guide fabrication workflows, ensure adherence to drawings, and manage a small team on site.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in metal fabrication/HVAC with supervisory experience, strong welding knowledge, and proficiency with CAD tools. English required; energy efficiency and quality standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or technical degree.
Experience: 3–5 years in metal fabrication and HVAC manufacturing, with 1–2 years supervisory.
Language: English.
Knowledge of AHU components and welding processes.

Responsibilities

Production Oversight: supervise daily fabrication and assembly operations according to production schedules.
Team Leadership: allocate work to operators, fitters, welders, and helpers based on skill and workload.
Technical Compliance: read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specs to meet quality standards.
Quality Control: inspect finished AHU units including coils, fans, and filters for compliance with standards (ASHRAE/ISO).
