Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in UAE seeks an AHU Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the production of air handling units. You will manage daily fabrication and assembly, ensure adherence to schedules, and supervise a team of operators, fitters, welders, and helpers.

You will read technical drawings, ensure quality per ASHRAE/ISO standards, and maintain high precision in cutting, bending, welding, and electrical assembly. Strong leadership and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree.
• 3–5 years in metal fabrication/HVAC, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• English language proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of AHU components (coils, blowers, dampers).
• Welding proficiency (MIG, TIG, Flux core).
• CAD software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication and assembly operations per production schedules.
• Oversee cutting for aluminium and steel (CNC plasma and laser).
• Oversee bending, assembling, welding, and electrical work.
• Allocate work to operators, fitters, welders, and helpers by skill and workload.
• Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints to ensure quality.
• Inspect finished units (coils, fans, filters) to meet standards.
