Job summary

M I R A L.L.C is seeking a skilled Duct Fabricator to join our MEP/construction team in the UAE. The role focuses on HVAC duct fabrication and installation, following approved drawings and specifications with strict attention to quality and safety.

The candidate will fabricate and prepare ductwork, read HVAC/MEP drawings, and coordinate with installation teams on site. Responsibilities include cutting, bending, forming and assembling GI sheet metal, fabricating various duct sections, ensuring

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Duct Fabricator in HVAC/MEP or construction projects.
• Knowledge of GI duct fabrication and sheet-metal tools.
• Ability to read HVAC/MEP drawings and interpret layouts.
• Understanding of duct measurements, dimensions and fabrication techniques.
• Experience with duct fittings (elbows, reducers, transitions, offsets).
• Ability to work from shop and fabrication drawings.
• Experience coordinating fabrication with HVAC installation teams.
• Familiarity with site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate HVAC ductwork according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings and layouts.
• Take precise measurements and calculate duct dimensions and materials.
• Cut, bend, form and assemble GI sheet metal for ductwork.
• Fabricate duct sections, fittings, bends, elbows, and transitions.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, alignment and finish of ductwork.
• Install and assemble ductwork at project sites when required.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, installers, and site engineers.
• Ensure fabrication meets project specs and quality standards.
• Inspect ductwork for dimensional accuracy and defects.
• Minimize material waste through accurate measurement and cutting.
• Maintain tools and equipment; follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized; report fabrication issues to supervisor.
