Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman in Dubai to supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities. You will coordinate aluminum machining/CNC and assembly operations, read and understand fabrication shop drawings, and ensure production aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

Applicants should have strong hands-on knowledge of aluminum assembly and machining, and the ability to lead factory workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication/manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in aluminum assembly and machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Experience in curtain wall, doors, windows, and aluminum systems preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise factory workers.
• Hands-on, practical approach with good problem-solving skills.

• Monitor manpower, productivity, quality, and workflow.

• Identify fabrication issues and resolve shop-floor problems.

• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery and materials.

• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the factory floor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Fabrication Foreman or similar role.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of aluminum assembly and machining.

• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.

• Experience in aluminum doors, windows, curtain wall, cladding or related fabrication is preferred.

• Ability to lead and supervise factory workers.

• Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.

• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

7. Able to identify fabrication issues and provide practical solutions.

8. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

9. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

10. Candidates with hands-on factory experience will be preferred.
