We are looking for a practical and responsible Project Agriculture Engineer who can independently manage landscaping, vegetable garden, hydroponic, and indoor planting projects from the initial client/site requirement through project completion.
The engineer will be responsible for conducting site inspections, understanding client requirements, preparing technical plans, estimating materials, manpower and project duration before quotation, coordinating procurement, supervising labour, executing the project according to schedule, communicating with clients, maintaining quality standards, and completing proper project handover.
The candidate should have strong practical plant knowledge, good project and time-management skills, and the ability to manage labour teams efficiently.
- Attend client sites and understand the complete project requirement.
- Take accurate site measurements, photographs and necessary technical information.
- Assess existing site conditions including:
- Sunlight and shade
- Water availability
- Irrigation requirements
- Drainage
- Electrical requirements where applicable
- Existing soil conditions
- Indoor environmental conditions
- Access for materials and labour
- Identify potential technical or execution challenges before preparing the proposal.
- Discuss requirements clearly with the client and report findings to management.
Before a quotation is submitted to the client, the engineer must prepare a proper execution plan covering:

The ideal candidate should be capable of visiting a new project site, understanding the client's requirement, evaluating the technical feasibility, deciding what resources are required, estimating how many people and how many days are required, assisting with preparation of the project quotation, and then taking responsibility for completing the project successfully.
