Job summary

Emirates seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Manager - dnata Travel to lead end-to-end IT delivery for a global leisure wholesale, bedbank and destination management portfolio. You will drive major digital modernisation, platform transformation, and cross-country coordination.

Responsibilities include PI planning facilitation, cadence governance, and ensuring high-performing delivery teams with a servant leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernisation or digital transformation programme from inception to delivery.
• Certified SAFe and PMI ACP with 5+ years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline.
• Well-versed in tools of software delivery (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Good architectural knowledge of large scale systems.
• Ability to communicate specialist information to all stakeholders clearly.
• Hands-on leader with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning and Reviews; coach teams to optimise Release Train efficiency.
• Blend traditional PM with Agile principles to fit initiatives of all sizes.
• Foster a trusting, safe environment; remove blockers; practice servant leadership.
• Lead Integrated Programme Planning and decompose roadmaps into features ready for backlogs.
• Drive quality and Definition of Done; maintain agile tools and metrics.
• Mentor teams; attend stand-ups and scrums; communicate external issues as needed.
• Support product management and IT service management; improve governance and transparency.
• Assist cost estimation and forecasting; support RFx phases in procurement.
